MicroSun has a team of dedicated Program Manager’s and Project Manager’s with market emphasis.  Each Program Manager is held to high standards of learning, applications, and technical knowhow across each facet of product development.  The assigned Program Manager to your application will be an integrated part of your team and liaison to the product development cycle and beyond.

• The dedicated Program Manager is assigned to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.  The Program Manager tracks all tasks and milestones using Microsoft Project.  The schedules are developed to monitor the critical path and avoid potential conflicts before they occur. The schedule, along with the project’s Issues List will be posted on a secure FTP site for customers review.  Internally, MicroSun conducts weekly progress meetings internally to discuss project status, action items and open issues assuring all departments are working to achieve the project goals.  The key contact for the customer for any concern or challenge is the customers dedicated Program Manager.
