Establishing a strong business relationship with assigned accounts
Confirming purchase order and delivery requests
Coordinating customer requests with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc as needed.
Update customers with delivery information as needed
Contacting customers proactively for new orders based on purchase history, lead times on product, buying cycles and other data
Responding to customer inquires within 24 hours even if all information is not yet known
Being a single point contact for coordinating and following up on orders for manufacturing with our Asian facility
Treating customers with a sense of urgency, care and respect
